Ok. So, before you read on, this is an opinion piece, designed to start a conversation and some thoughts around the topic. It is super controversial, and I am acutely aware as I write it that many people will have different opinions. Great. Let me know what they are. I just want to understand more and put my thoughts out there so we can start talking more.
Ok….So I want to know what Lube did to piss off the world?!?!? What could it have possibly done that people feel like it’s an insult to use it? And some kind of gold medal, Olympic performance worthy experience if you DON’T have to use it?
I walked past the store the other day and my eyes instantly were attracted to the sexy lingerie hanging in the window. For a brief moment, I imagined what it would be like to be wearing that outfit. And yet, I didn’t walk in to even try it on.
As I sit here in my hotel room, a range of products around me, having just completed 38 meetings with buyers from all over the world and next to brands that have been established for years – I had to reflect on exactly how I got to this moment.
It may feel like these two words in the same sentence are the most horrendous, terrifying and mutually exclusive concepts that will ever go together. After all, the former is what created the latter and while you are may be in love and awe of the human you just created (if you are also lucky enough to have escaped the incredibly common PND), you may not feel quite the same amount of love for your vagina currently.
