I received my product... but how do I um... use it?

Check out this video to see a short animation on how to use our products. Our descriptions also have some information. Ultimately it is intended to be used to make you feel good. So feel free to do as you please. Please note – for novelty use only. We make no specific medical claims for these devices but given we work closely with health care professionals and are passionate about education, we have provided some links to studies that show the positive health association with vibratos for vulva owners. 

What do we do if I have an issue with my product?

We are so sorry to hear this! In the rare event that your product has defects due to workmanship or functionality and is within warranty, please complete our warranty form here. All our products come with a one year warranty from date of purchase through authorised dealer.

Can I use a silicone lubricant?

We do not recommend using a silicone lubricant. There are many lubricants on the market. We would recommend using a trusted brand. Pjur make an amazing water based lubricant that is perfect for sex toys.

Can I share my experience?

When will my product arrive?

Once you have completed your order, we will ship the product ASAP. Depending on which country you are in, we will email you shortly after your order has been placed with delivery details. Please contact us here if you are having issues

Will it be obvious that I purchased a sex toy?

Not at all! While we would love for women to feel more comfortable using sex toys and remove the stigma, we also want you to feel comfortable. All of our products come in plain packaging and will be extremely discreet.

What do I do if my order didn't arrive in the stated time?

Where do you currently ship?

We currently ship within Australia and the USA. If you would like to receive a product outside these areas, please shoot us an email here for us to get back to you.

What do I do if my product doesn't arrive?

What to do if my item doesn’t arrive. We aim to ship your product within 1 business day of receiving your order. Should your order not arrive in a timely fashion, please contact us here and we will do our best to help locate your package. Please ensure when you place your order that you include the correct details and packages are able to be left at the location.

What is your return policy?

Here at Elixir Play, we want you to love your new pleasure vibe. If your package is unopened, still in original packaging and purchased from our website, we are happy to refund your item for you. Please note that shipping back to our headquarters in the USA and Australia will be at your own cost. If your package is opened or any seal has been broken, we are unable to return your product due to hygiene reasons.

How do I return a product?

We are gutted you don’t love your new vibe and would love to make this process as easy as we can. If your product meets the following criteria: Unopened, within the first 30 days and purchased through our website, please send us an email here to initiate the process.
